Depending on the situation, and if time permits, I sometimes respond "off the record" in a private email. But most often I select from questions submitted here that I think would benefit the vast majority of my blog readers.

I receive a LOT of questions on an ongoing basis, and because of the volume, I just simply can not respond to or address them all. So, please don't be offended or have any hard feelings if I don't choose your question, or if you don't get a response from me.
